FOR UNDERPRIVILEGED AND EWS PLAYERS
NSSS foundation [NITI Aayog Unique ID: UP/2022/0318122] is a non-profit organisation that aspires to Change Lives and Empower India. We seek highly motivated and qualified individuals to engage with NSSS Foundation in areas of Rural Transformation, Health, Education, Sports for Development, Disaster Response, Arts, Culture & Heritage, and Urban Renewal. Our team plays an important role in making a difference to the lives of the underprivileged.
PROPOSAL
Under the banner of our foundation which since 2007 constantly working for child education and women's causes to provide them a secure and independent future.
We propose to establish and nurture an advanced sports center for talented underpriviliged and EWS youth which have been constantly ignored due to their lack of exposure..
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
We will visit tribal, rural, hilly and coastal areas of country with our team and will set up camps to identify potential sports talent in different categories of sports
Will provide top-notch training infrastructure and facilities for athletes to enhance their performance and capabilities & to promote inclusivity and provide equal opportunities to athletes from all backgrounds and regions
We propose to establish and nuture an advanced sports acadmey for underprivileged boy and girls under NSSS Foundation. Our objective is to help those who have potential and talent but lack the facilities and infrastructure.
First we will prepare them for nationals and then for the olympics. We will build a sports centre with various facilities which will also include advanced sports like soccer, archery, athletics etc.

IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Going to rural areas & setting up talent identification camps and tents for the program
We will hold competitions regarding different sports

If someone is good in playing catapult(Gulel) we will make them participate in Archery

INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
Giving every facility to every potential gold medalist

Acquisition of 400 acres of land for the establishment of state-of-the-art sports facilities and training centers.

Construction of sports complexes, training halls, outdoor fields, tracks, and other necessary infrastructure.

Equipping the facilities with modern sports equipment and amenities to ensure a conducive training environment.

Under National Sports Talent Contest Scheme(NSTC), we will develop a state of the art facilities and equipments to develop their skills and reach their full potential

Corporate Sponsorship: Engage with leading corporations and seek sponsorship for specific sports disciplines, infrastructure development, and athlete scholarships.
Public-Private Partnerships: Explore opportunities for joint ventures with private entities for infrastructure development and management
